The Panorama is a comfortable, family-run guest house where we aim to make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive.
With spectacular views of Mount's Bay and The Lizard Peninsula, the recently refurbished Panorama Guest House is ideally located as a centre for exploring the beautiful region of West Cornwall. The Panorama is at the very top of Chywoone Hill in Newlyn. St. Michael's Mount is just across the bay, Land's End is a 20-minute drive away, and St Ives, Marazion and the Minack Theatre at Porthcurno are within easy reach by car or bus.
There are local walks that allow for views of the striking coastline and we are only 200 metres off the South West Coast Path. Buses stop outside the guest house. The ancient market town of Penzance is one of the largest tourist centres of the far west of Cornwall and is set in beautiful Mount's Bay - a body of water dominated by the grandeur of St. Michael's Mount. Located just 10 miles from Land's End, an area of Celtic culture and outstanding natural beauty surrounds the town.
Rooms are compact, very well equipped and freshly decorated with new furniture, comfortable beds, fresh flowers and chocolates. All rooms have central heating, tea and coffee-making facilities, hairdryers and flat-screen digital TVs with Freeview access to a range of television and radio stations. Each en suite shower room also contains a hand basin and a toilet, as well as complimentary toiletries.
We are dog-friendly and welcome you to bring your pet with you for a small extra charge. We have quite a large garden available to guests and their dogs and many of our surrounding beaches and pubs are dog-friendly too.

Panorama has a large car park for cars, vans and motorbikes, and secure storage for bicycles. We can collect guests arriving by 'plane into Newquay or by train into Penzance, or for those who feel rather daunted by the climb up Chywoone Hill, we can offer lifts to and from Newlyn and Penzance in our Land Rover Defender. |
