Room was very clean with a comfortable bed,bathroom was bright and clean.lounge area was excellent offering books etc with a fantastic view of the town and sea area.The service was friendly and you were treated as more friends than guests.

Very friendly and welcoming, lifts to and from ferry and to station really helpful. Comfortable and a very good breakfast provided. A comfortable sitting room with beautiful views across the bay
