There are 4 en suite double rooms. The 3 ground-floor rooms have views over either the rooftops of Newlyn and Penzance, or over the garden and Mount's Bay. All rooms have full or partial sea views. The rooms are decorated in cream and blue, and have comfortable low-level beds.

The first-floor double room looks out onto pear and apple trees at the back of the building, is decorated in cream and brown and has a fairly large bathroom.

The bathroom in Room 1 has a large quadrant shower with grab rail and is suited to guests with mobility problems. Breakfast can be served in your room if the stairs to the first-floor dining room are a problem

A comfortable family suite that consists of a double room with an adjoining family ensuite bathroom and an adjoining children's room with a single bed and bunk beds, making it suitable for up to 3 children. Both bedrooms enjoy beautiful sea views.
Both rooms have a hairdryer, and a flat-screen TV with Freeview digital channels. The adults' room has tea/coffee-making facilities, and the children's room has books, toys and a CD player/radio.
The adults’ room is decorated in cream, gold and brown with a comfortable low-level bed. The adjoining bathroom is decorated in cream and red. The children's room is cream and blue with a seaside theme.

Please note that the guest house will not accept more than two adults in this family suite, unless by prior arrangement.
